Raised just outside of Washington, D.C. from the age of seven, Tim Coburn is an award-winning and talented young photographer who has masterfully honed his craft over the years. With his keen eye for fashion and innate aesthetic sensibilities, Tim was destined to pursue a life dedicated to the art of commercial photography.

Tim is blessed with extraordinary senses of style, design, color, and lighting. And he uses these gifts to achieve something truly sublime in his work. Whether shooting on location or at his private studio, Tim is driven by his boundless creativity and an ever-present desire to produce visually stunning images for his clients.

Never one to shy away from a challenge, Tim has trained in all aspects of photography and digital imaging - from shooting a variety of subject matter in many different formats, to expertly editing and managing images. Tim initially began using his talent for portraits and other projects while working in a custom print lab. He has been a professional photographer since 2000, and established his company,
Tim Coburn Photography, in 2003.

"I became interested in taking pictures in high school. Even though I worked in other fields, I always came back to my camera. It's really my first love, my passion."

Tim Coburn currently makes his home in Northern Virginia, but travels extensively realizing his passion: composing captivating and unforgettable images as a highly sought-after, world-class photographer.
